A full Building Survey will comprise a comprehensive inspection of the internal and external building fabric.
The report will provide a description of all visible defects discovered during the inspection including items of work that may be treated as routine maintenance and details of any future improvements that will be required. The Building Survey will also provide an estimate of the likely cost of remedial works.
The client may require physical services tests to be undertaken on items such as electrics, heating and drainage. These tests can be arranged by Purple Property and incorporated within the main report.
A Building Survey is a flexible product and can be adapted to meet the individual client requirements. An example of this would be when the client may wish to alter or extend a property. Purple Property can produce scaled plans, consult with structural engineers or discuss proposals with local authorities as part of an overall package.
