From inception of a building project through to its completion, Purple Property can turn your initial ideas into reality. Purple Property will guide you through the design and procurement stages consulting with Local Authority Planning and Building Control ensuring compliance with current Regulations.

Working with other consultants including structural engineers Purple Property will provide a ‘hands on’ approach and will ensure that the person who has drawn up the plans will also be the person undertaking site inspections and dealing with on site issues such as authorising payment and Completion Certificates.

Te Awahou, Suffolk. Internal and external alterations, extension and refurbishment.

Eastwood Avenue, Lowestoft. Extension and alterations to a residential property.

Hush Hush night club, Lowestoft. The extension and internal and external refurbishment of an existing night club. Purple Property were involved in the design, overseeing and project management of the works from inception through to completion including consultation with Building Control and the Fire Services.

Undertaking work on historical buildings can be complex. Purple Property can guide you through the stages involved with regards to obtaining Listed Building Consent, applying for Listed Building Grants and calculating exemptions for VAT.

Sutton Cottage, Southwold, Suffolk. The structural alteration and refurbishment of a cottage located within the Conservation area of Southwold.

Utilising AUTCAD facilities Purple Property can produce scaled plans. By their nature projects evolve during conception and client meetings and AUTCAD allows us to undertake alterations to design with minimal additional cost to the client. Plans can also be developed by other consultants, such as structural engineers and services engineers. Scaled plans maybe required for various purposes, some of which are listed below:
