Our services include Surveys, Architectural Design and Property Consultancy. Formed in 2001 Purple Property offers a comprehensive surveying and property consultancy practice. Both Partners/Directors Jason Griffiths and Matt Lessiter are Chartered Building Surveyors and are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Jason is also a member of the Association of Building Engineers and a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe club who are the leading organisation for Party Wall professionals. Jason and Matt have a combined professional working experience gained in East Anglia of over twenty years. Purple Property provides a traditional ‘hands on’ approach to all clients. All telephone enquiries are handled by experienced Chartered Surveyors and you will therefore not be required to wait for a call back from a professional. In accordance with our Professional Institution (RICS) Purple Property has the required Professional Indemnity insurance and operates a client complaints procedure.
